On Your Computer
- Find the correct form you wish to download.
- Click the "download" button and that form will open in a new browser window.
- Once that window opens, locate the "File" tab at the top left of the browser window.
- Click the "File" tab and then select "Export as PDF." (see photo for reference)
- It will ask where you wish to save the PDF.
- Select "desktop" and click save.
- You can now open and edit the PDF from your desktop.
- Once you have finished filling out the PDF, click "File" then "Save As..." This will allow you to save your completed PDF as a new document. You should name this new document something unique so you can easily identify it.
- Once finished, attach the completed and newly named PDF form in your email to: storybookrescues@outlook.com
On Your iPhone
- Find the correct form you wish to download.
- Click the "download" button and that form will open in a new browser window.
- Once that window opens, locate the small square with an arrow inside at the bottom of your screen. (see photo for reference)
- Click that square button and it will prompt a list of options that allow you to share, save, text, email, or edit the document.
- If you wish to edit and save on your phone, scroll to the bottom and click the "Markup" option.
- Once the "Markup" option opens, click the button that looks like a pen with three small dots at the top of the screen. This will allow you to edit the PDF in real time using your phone keyboard.
- After you've finished editing the document, click "Done" at the top right of your phone screen.
- Then click "Save File To..." when prompted and select the location or folder on your phone where you would like to save your new PDF document.
- You can then send / attach this new PDF document in a text message or email, just like you would a photo.
- Once finished, attach the completed and newly named PDF form in your email to: storybookrescues@outlook.com
